When will you be closed for the summer holidays?
For the summer holidays 2024, we will be closed from Monday 12 to Friday 16 August 2024. We will be back in operation as early as Monday 19 August with pick-ups, shipments and servicing.
What is the difference between a "rapid test" and an "in-service laboratory test"?
The rapid test is a test that requires on-site collection and provides immediate results (between a few seconds and 10 minutes, depending on the test).
The in-service laboratory test requires on-site collection and analysis of the sample at our specialised laboratory.
How can I request collection of the collected samples?
You can request sample collection by express courier in the following ways:

By sending an e-mail to office@microtrace.it specifying name and pick-up address;
Calling or sending a Whatsapp message to 3388817208 specifying name and pick-up address.
How will I receive the reports?
Our reports are sent by email and uploaded to MyCare Web, our dedicated portal for professionals. It can be accessed using special credentials.
What are your opening hours?
Monday to Friday from 8.30 a.m. to 8 p.m. (continuous)
Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. (continuous)
Sunday closed
