Food Intolerances give often rise to some diseases, as a consequence of organismus´ inability to perfectly digest one (or more) kind of food. This food is only partially digested: it is smushed to macromolecules, which are not useful, nor to energy production, nor for cell growth.
Consequently the macromolecules build up on the intestinal wall, giving rise to inflammation.
Intestine work is damaged, and other organs risk to be involved. This is a kind of slow and gradual intoxication, during which several different symptoms occur: intestinal problems, gastritis, water retention, weariness, headache, dermal reactions, myalgia, joints pain, weight disorders (over- and underweight).
